However, the firm also carries out monitoring, selection and recruitment activities in Europe.
The founder
Joël ELLEINGAND is the founder of A&E Conseil.
He began his career in Paris in 1992 with ALLIANZ group, then joined CITIBANK to develop their private banking division.
In 2000, he joined in London (UK), the Finance Business Unit of WHITEHEAD MANN – KORN FERRY, the world’s leading executive search firm.
During 8 years, as Senior Consultant, he has covered assignments mainly in the finance sector (Asset Management, Corporate & Investment Banking, Capital Markets, Private Equity and Real Estate Financing).
The geographic area covered went from Europe, USA, Asia, Middle East and South Africa.
Joël has been involved for the past 21 years in executive search (C – level) and board member positions.
